Gronlait Orienteering Team gives you a warm welcome on the Magnificent Alpe Cimbra for the 12th edition of the inimitable O-Marathon degli Altipiani, the only orienteering marathon in Italy.
The twelvth edition will be Sunday 7th July 2019 in Passo Coe in the territory of Folgaria
ABOUT THE RACE
O-Marathon is an ultra-long race with mass start for all the categories. The start point will be in Passo Coe and the finish in the little village of Serrada di Folgaria. During the race there are some map exchanges.

EVENT CENTER
The event center is located in Passo Coe, near Base Tuono 45.871051,11232068
START
At 9.00, mass start for all the classes, in front of the event center.
TERRAIN
The terrain of the race is located in altitude between 1250 and 1600 mt. a.s.l. It is a typical alpine terrain with coniferous forest and also some open land areas. There are also a lot of sign of the First Great War.
The maps are mapped with ISOM 2000 from IOF Rules.
FINISH
The finish is located in the little village of Serrada, "Serrada Beach" 45.892954,11.151661.
Pasta party and prize giving ceremony at the end of the competition.
There will be a bus service from the finish area to the parking located to the event center in Passo Coe after the race.
BAGS
The bags will be transferred from the event center to the finish area with a minibus. Before the start the runners have to load their bags autonomously.
